Recycle Your Tree

January 11th is Amherst’s “Put Out Your Tree Day”. Get your Christmas tree to the curb by 7am and will be picked up and recycled for you. Remove all ornaments. Reduce the tree to 6’ tall (or less). Do not put it in a plastic bag. For Amherst Trucking and Amherst Waste Customers (if you have another waste hauler, please bring your tree to the Transfer Station – disposal is free).
