Throughout the summer, the Jones Library will present a new story hour
series in Spanish. Spanish speaking volunteers will read stories to
children on Thursday evenings at 6:30 pm on June 17, July 15, and
August 19.
The story hours will be held in the Children’s Room and are for
children 3-8 years of age. The children will develop early reading
skills while they listen to stories in Spanish and enjoy a snack.
The Spanish language story hours are free and open to the public,
brought to you with federal funds provided by the Institute of Museum
& Library Services, and administered by the Massachusetts Board of
Library Commissioners.
