School Governance Council meeting Oct 10th

The Crocker Farm School Governance Council will be holding its first meeting of this school year on October 10th, at 7:30 am, at Crocker Farm.   Members of the public are welcome.

The School Council Governance Council is headed by the School Principal (Mr. Shea) and includes parents and teachers/staff.  

Massachusetts State Law outlines 4 primary responsibilities for School Councils: 

 School councils are to assist principals in: 

1. Adopting educational goals for the school that are consistent with local educational policies and statewide student performance standards
2. Identifying the educational needs of students attending the school
3. Reviewing the annual school building budget
4. Formulating a school improvement plan
