A big THANK YOU to the Amherst Rotary Club for their wonderful donation to our school.
This past week, Rotary Club members visited Crocker Farm to bring each 3rd grade student and teacher a new Webster's Dictionary. As one of our 3rd grade teachers reported, "The children were overjoyed to receive these, put their names inside the covers, and begin searching for new words. After a while one student said, 'guess what page I started on, page 1, and guess what page I'm still on, page 1...there are just so many good words!'"
We greatly appreciate the Rotary Club's generous spirit of giving in such a meaningful way to our school community.
