The ARPS PGO is a 501(c)3 organization that consists of the PGOs for Crocker Farm, Wildwood, Amherst Regional Middle School, & Amherst Regional High School (the FR PGO has their own 501(c)3).  This meeting is one of the biannual meetings required by the ARPS PGO bylaws.  The meeting is open to all.
