The third in our series of parent math nights addressing our high school math review has been shifted from Wednesday, January 14th to Wednesday, January 21st
from 6:30 p.m. – 7:45 p.m. in the ARHS library. The purpose of the
meeting is for parents and guardians to see the recommended math course
sequence and curriculum for grades 9 – 12. To see past presentations,

We
are glad many of you were able to attend the middle school meetings
regarding schedule changes for the 2015-2016 school year with ARMS
Principal Mendonsa this week. If you were unable to attend, please see
the middle school home page here for links to a draft of the new schedule and the rationale behind the proposed changes.
At
the South East Campus, students have been doing projects related to the
theme of sustainability. They are engaged in environmental research as
well as more hands-on projects to reduce waste in Amherst. Read more
details here about these projects.
Child
psychologist, Rory Keogh, Psy.D, will offer a presentation called
“Enriching the Developing Brain” in the ARHS library on Wednesday,

Next Tuesday, January 13 the Regional
School Committee will be at 6:00 p.m. in the ARHS library. For the
