ARMS PGO Online Amherst Merchandise Store Closes This Week

Last chance to stock up for the holidays!!  

Just in time for your holiday shopping, the ARMS PGO is hosting an online store with a range of Amherst apparel and accessories, to help you show your Amherst pride and support the ARMS community.  The store is now open, but it is closing soon – orders will only be accepted through midnight on Sunday, December 4.  Purchases will be available for distribution to ARMS students (and pick up by all others) at ARMS on December 19 and 20, in time for the holidays.  The store can be accessed at: https://amherstregionalmiddleschool.itemorder.com/sale  If you have any questions, please contact Amy Sweeting at amysweeting@yahoo.com.

Volunteers Needed for Coat Share Distribution THIS week!

The Crocker Farm PGO's coat & winter clothing share is this coming week! Coat/clothing donations are still being accepted & we have the most demand for warm coats, snowpants, & boots. All sizes.

We need volunteers to help with:
1) sorting donations & setting up after school on Tues (Nov 29th). The more volunteers, the merrier & the faster the work goes.
2) Staffing the coat share area during the distribution hours on Wed (Nov 30th) & Thurs (Dec 1st).

Volunteers are needed most on Wed afternoon & Thurs morning, during the following hours:
Wed, 11:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
Wed, 12:30 - 2:00 p.m.
Wed, 2:00-3:10 p.m.
Thurs, 8:30-10:00 a.m.
Thurs, 10:00-11:30 a.m.
Thurs, 11:30-12:30 p.m.
Thurs, 12:30-1:30 p.m.
Shift times are flexible.

Please email coordinator Tracy Z, tmz23@zafian,com, or otherwise contact the PGO if you're available to volunteer for an hour or two.

Winter Coat Drive & Clothing Share - Coming Soon

Collection boxes for the Coat Drive are now out in the main Crocker Farm lobby in the parent-pickup/preK foyer. All sizes are needed. Warm coats, boots, & snowpants are especially in demand.

The Crocker Farm PGO is still seeking volunteers to help with the distribution setup afterschool on Nov 29th & with staffing on our distribution days, Nov 30th & Dec 1st. If you can help for an hour or two, or more, please contact Tracy at tmz23@zafian.com.   

School & community families are welcome to look for what they need during the distribution days.  At Crocker Farm, the giveaway of what's been collected will happen during school hours on the 30th & 1st, and we'll have afterschool hours on the 30th.
