** All-school survey standings **

The Crocker Farm all-school survey is well underway. Don't miss your chance to have your voice heard.

Have you taken 5 minutes to fill it out? If not, there are still a couple of days left to help your child’s grade win EXTRA RECESS WITH MR. SHEA AND MS. CONKLIN! Simply click here: http://bit.ly/cf15survey.

And then, hey, you can skip flossing tonight because you already did your good deed for the day.

Check out the standings as of today:

5th grade: 50%
3rd grade: 48%
4th grade: 42%
1st grade: 39%
2nd grade: 36%
6th grade:  35%
Kindergarten: 28%

Way to go 5th grade! But 3rd grade is hot on 5th grade’s heels. And who knows? Maybe kindergarten (or some other grade??) will have a surprise surge to come from behind and win it all.

(This is more exciting than the Kentucky Derby.)

Crocker Farm Family Survey: please take by May 29th

Dear Crocker Farm Families:
We need your feedback! Please respond to our annual Family Survey!
Our Family Survey was designed in conjunction with the School Governance Council. The purpose of the survey is to provide us with more information about the work we do at Crocker Farm School. Your feedback will contribute to the development of next year’s School Improvement Plan, which will identify Crocker Farm’s primary goals and how we will work to achieve those goals. Summary results of the survey will be released in the fall as part of the School Improvement Plan.
To help us gain the information we need, you can do the following:
  • Take the quick survey online starting today. http://bit.ly/cf15survey It is available online in both English and Spanish. The survey asks questions about the school climate, teaching and learning, family engagement, communication, and diversity. It includes about 25 multiple-choice questions and, on average, should take 5 to 7 minutes to complete.
  • Please complete the survey by Friday, May 29th.
  • If you have more than one child at Crocker Farm, you may wish to submit separate surveys to reflect the different experiences of each of your Crocker Farm children. Alternatively, you may submit one single survey that combines the experiences of all your children at Crocker Farm. Either choice will provide us with extremely valuable feedback.
  • If you would rather have a paper version of the survey, please call our school (413) 362-1600 and we will make sure one is sent home with your child.
  • If you would like to use a school computer to complete the survey, kindly call school (413) 362-1600 and we will arrange for you to use one.
Thank you so much,
Derek Shea and Sharri Conklin

Derek Shea and Sharri Conklin
