Book Swap - a Great Success!

The PGO's book swap was a great success.   We received over 1,500 books! Wow!!  We had so many books donated that every Crocker Farm student (pre-K through 6th grade) was able to bring home at least 2-3 "new" books to keep & Crocker Farm teachers got to choose some books from the leftovers for their classroom libraries as well.

A big THANK YOU to everyone who helped make this event a success.  Local author Cammie McGovern started the book swap at Crocker Farm & we thank her for this wonderful tradition, & for all the books she collected for this year's swap.   Sadly, this book swap was her last, as her youngest child will move onto the middle school in the fall.   We will miss you, Cammie!

Thank you to all the families & staff who donated so many great books, & to the wonderful volunteers who helped setup & staff this year's book swap, including Marla J., Tina F., Sophie H., Phoebe H., Maria K., Anna M., & Tracy Z. (hopefully we didn't miss anyone; our apologies if we did).   Thank you too to the custodial staff who helped with setup & cleanup.

HAVE A GREAT SPRING VACATION WEEK &

HAPPY READING TO ALL!
