Thanks for Supporting the PGO Bookfair!

A big thank you to everyone who supported our bookfair at Barnes & Noble on Saturday. We raised $100s to help the PGO buy books for our school & some families bought books from teacher wish lists & donated them directly.  Nice! 

The Crocker Farm's bookfair code (#11967171) is good in all Barnes & Noble stores & online at bn.com through this Thursday (Nov. 17th). And the customer service desk at the Hadley B&N still has the teacher wish lists & can help find books to purchase for classrooms if you'd like. The PGO will also post the wish lists online.

Thanks again to the wonderful local authors & performers who made the bookfair a great success: Artemis Roehrig, Corinne Demas, Cammie McGovern, Leticia Davies, Kimaya Diggs, Sueann Townsend, as well as all the student performers. Thanks, too, to our great PGO volunteers (a big shout-out to Tracy Z. for organizing and coordinating)—we couldn't have done it without you—and to Barnes & Noble for hosting our bookfair.

Barnes & Noble Book Fair: Saturday, Nov. 12

This coming Saturday (Nov 12th) is the 4th Annual Crocker Farm bookfair at the Hadley Barnes & Noble. Hope you can join us then & help support our school.

We have a great lineup of activities:

10 am:  A Capella Music with Miss Leticia & her students

11 am: Barnes & Noble Storytime, Penguin Problems, a picture book by Jory John

12 noon:  Authors Artemis Roehrig & Corinne Demas, Storytime & Book Signing for their picture book, Does a Fiddler Crab Fiddle?

1:30 pm:  Amherst Ballet, Snow Maiden ballet dances, discussion & photo-ops with Father Frost & Snegurochka

3:00 pm:  Author Cammie McGovern, Reading, Q&A, & Book Signing for her young adult novel, Just My Luck

4:00 pm:  Guitar & Ukulele Performance with Miss Leticia & her students

 Plus: selfies with book characters & a special appearance by Olivia. 

The store has special ordered books from Crocker Farm teacher & classroom wishlists which will be available at the bookfair.  Stop by the PGO's table to say "Hi!" & get any of these books.  

Please remember: to earn credit for our school, mention Crocker Farm at checkout. The Crocker Farm bookfair code (#11967171) is good in ALL Barnes & Noble stores & online at bn.com from Nov 12th to Nov 17th. The bookfair code is good for most B&N in-store cafes purchases as well.
