What to do on the 18th?

There's no school on Friday, March 18th.

If you need an activity for your child, LSSE offers a day trip to the Boston Museum of Science where children can see exhibits on butterflies and birds, check out the Computer Place and Laser Lab, see a triceratops or full size models of Apollo and Mercury capsules, visit the Charles Hayden Planetarium and be thrilled viewing the show in the five-story IMAX Dome.

Students from kindergarten through sixth grade can experience the latest in science and technology March 18 when the bus leaves from the Wildwood Elementary School at 8:30 a.m. and returns at 5:30 p.m. The LSSE Primetime After School staff lead the children on this fun and educational adventure.

To register or for information call LSSE Youth Program Director Stacey Lecuivre at 259-3191 or email:lecuivre@amherstma.gov.
