Read-A-Thon 2011-2012 Details

Read-A-Thon 2011 - 2012 @ Crocker Farm Elementary

Dear Families,

Thanks so much for your family’s participation in the Crocker Farm School Summer Read-a-thon!  We hope you had a wonderful summer full of good books and relaxing days of reading. 

It’s time to begin contacting your sponsors and collecting the funds that will be donated to our school library.  Please return all cash and checks (made payable to the Crocker Farm PGO) in an envelope. On the front of the envelope, please write:

Crocker Farm Summer Read-a-thon

Your child’s name and current grade

You can return the envelope in one of two ways:

1.  Susan McQuaid, librarian, will have a table set up on the playground by the morning buses on Tues., Sept. 13^th, Wed., Sept. 14^th, and Thurs., Sept. 15th.  Children can drop off their envelopes with Susan.

2.  Students can return their envelopes to their classroom teachers, who will deliver the funds to the library.

Please return all collected pledges by September 30^th.  Small treat packages will then be delivered to the classrooms for the Read-a-thon participants.
