Student Directory Followup

Dear Crocker Farm families,

The Crocker Farm student directory was distributed to all families for whom the PGO had email addresses earlier in March.  The directory was sent as a pdf.   Our sincerest apologies for the delay.  The draft of the directory was shared with class parents in the fall, but the directory wasn't finished for distribution until recently.  

If you do not receive a pdf copy of the full directory & would like to, please email the PGO at crockerfarmpgo@gmail.com.

In order to save paper and money, and especially give this late date, the PGO is sharing the directory predominantly in electronic form.  For families who do not have an email address, we will be printing up the class lists for the the classes in those student(s)' grade(s) and the staff listings, and sending them home in backpacks.

We will be also be making a few print copies of the full directory for families who feel they really need them.   Most families seem most interested in the class lists for their child(ren) and other classes in the same grade, which why is the PGO doesn't print up the full directory for all families.  The full directory is close to 40 pages.  If your family needs a print copy of the full directory, please email us & let us know. 
Also, we apologize in advance for any errors in the directory. We know that despite our best efforts,  there are likely some;  plus, even at this point in the school year, the enrollment at Crocker Farm is a bit in flux with students entering Crocker Farm or departing.

If anyone would like to volunteer to help with the school directory for next school year, please let the PGO know.   More volunteers would be great!  (& the PGO can't do what we do without volunteer help... ).
