Giving Tuesday & ValleyGives

Today is ‪#‎GivingTuesday‬! The Razoo Foundation has provided an additional $10,000 in prizes available to organizations participating in ValleyGives.  Today is a great day to schedule ValleyGives donations to the ARPS PGO, the Crocker PGO, the district's pre-school program housed at Crocker Farm, the Amherst Education Foundation, and/or other community organizations of your choice.  See the ValleyGives web site for the full list.  All donations scheduled today still count towards December 10th totals.

The Amherst Regional Public Schools Parent Guardian Organization (ARPS PGO) is a 501c3 partnership encompassing the individual PGOs of the Amherst Regional High and Middle Schools, Crocker Farm, Wildwood, and the district's Preschool program. This is our first year participating in ValleyGives and we want to make it a big one!

The PGOs support the "extras" that the school budgets do not cover. Our fundraising provides funds for enrichment activities, field trips, and community events, as well as additional materials and supplies for teachers and specialists through mini-grant programs. All funds raised through Valley Gives will be used to support these efforts. Money donated to the ARPS PGO will be shared equally among each school/ program. School-specific donations will stay with the selected school.
