Black History Month Event for Families at Hampshire College, Feb 16th

Join Hampshire Youth Connect for an afternoon of storytelling
February 16th from 11:30AM to 1:30PM
 
Community members, youth and their families, faculty, staff, and students are welcomed to the Hampshire College Dakin and Merrill Living Rooms* to attend a participatory storytelling workshop facilitated by storyteller Onawumi Jean Moss. 
 
We will come together to celebrate Black History Month, recognize the power of voice, and share oral as well as written stories that are shaped by identity. This event is all ages, open to the public, and free! Food will be provided! 
 
* On the Hampshire College campus - follow signs to Franklin Patterson Hall & park in free parking outside - the living rooms are next to the parking lot.
