Parent & Certified Zumba Teacher Rebecca Woodland is now teaching a FREE ®ZUMBA class for all ARPS affiliated parents and staff every Thursday from 3:30-4:30
in the music room at Crocker Farm.
®Zumba is a "fitness-party" make up of Latin-inspired, easy-to-follow,
rhythmic and aerobic movements set to international music. It
exhilarates the senses and works all major muscle groups in a
high-energy cardio blast that leaves you feeling invigorated, refreshed
and full of life. Just what Crocker Farm teachers/staff and parents
deserve!
