The Amherst League of Women Voters giant book sale will take place on the Amherst Town Common, this Friday, April 30 and Saturday, May 1 from 9 am to 7 pm and Sunday, May 2 from 11 am to 4 pm. The book sale is one of the oldest and largest in New England. It serves as the major fund raiser for the League and helps finance voter service programs and publications.
