Shaolin Kung Fu - Hadley, Summer Programs for ages 7-17

Teen Warrior Intensive is July 13-17, 8:30am-3:00pm  (for ages 7-11)
Kung Fu Adventure Week is July 27-31, 9:00am-3:00pm (for ages 12-17)

Both weeks are open to the public & are great opportunities for your child to explore & stay active.
Early registration deadline for both weeks is Friday, May 15.  Early registration will save you $40.00 per student, and reserve a space for your child.  SPACE IS LIMITED, so we recommend early registration.

You can either pay online or in person, but all registration is online.
Kung fu Adventure Week 2015:
The Valley's premiere summer kung fu event is in it's 7th year running. We strive to make every year a memorable one for everyone. We hope your child can join us for a week of traditional Shaolin Kung Fu martial arts training! Kids will be taught a hand form (Taolu), work on crafts, learn Shaolin history, and other Chinese cultural activities.
Kung Fu Adventure Week Activities Include:
• Traditional Shaolin Kung Fu basics and forms (taolu)
• Traditional Shaolin fitness and flexibility training
• Fun and games, including outdoor water games
• Quiet time and meditation
• Ninja games course in our forested training grounds
• Crafts, Story Time & Chinese Cultural activities
• End of week Family Celebration & performance
Teen Warrior Intensive 2015:
It is finally here. A Kung Fu Summer training geared towards those looking to push there kung fu training to the next level. The first ever Teen Warrior Intensive is for the older kids and will focus on intensive training the Shaolin way. Teens will be taught a weapon form (Taolu), and learn Kung Fu history.  On top of all this the participants will be training in high intensity Shaolin physical training and conditioning.
Teen Warrior Intensive Activities Include:
• Traditional Shaolin Kung Fu basics
• Traditional Shaolin fitness and flexibility training
• Qigong, Chen Style Tai Chi, Meditation
• Application and Defense training
• Learn a Traditional Weapon Form
• Games and Teamwork activities
• History of Chinese Martial Arts
